We aim to process orders within 7 working days. Wedding items can take up to 3-4 weeks if materials require ordering. All items are shipped via Royal Mail, however on occasion we may use another courier.

If you have not received your parcel within 14 days of receiving your despatch email, please get in touch so we can investigate the issue further for you.
